Smbhav 2025 - Terms and Conditions

INR 1,500 free shipping credits for all SMBhav participants who register with us and complete onboarding on the Amazon Shipping portal by 31 March 2026.

• A dedicated Amazon Shipping landing page with a registration form will be created for SMBhav participants.
• The SMBhav team can share this form via email with all registered attendees ahead of the event.
• At the event, the Amazon Shipping team will support interested shippers at our kiosk and also provide a QR code for easy access.
• Once a shipper submits the form, our sales & marketing team will contact them to qualify, onboard them, and generate a shipper ID.
• After onboarding, a goodwill credit note of INR 1,500 will be tagged to the shipper’s Merchant ID.
• Credits can be used against shipments manifested until 30 June 2026.

1. Offer valid only for participants who get onboarded on the Amazon Shipping portal between 10 Dec 2025 - 31 Mar 2026.
2. Offer valid once per shipper/seller, and only for those who express interest using the designated landing page or the Amazon Shipping kiosk link at SMBhav’25.
3. Shipper must provide their SMBhav event pass number, registered email ID, Merchant Token, and Entity Name in the intake form.
4. Credits will be applied once the shipper starts shipping with Amazon Shipping and must be utilized by 30 June 2026.
5. Onboarding is subject to submission of valid documents and meeting the requirements as required by Amazon Shipping for onboarding a shipper. Failure to provide the same will result in making the shipper ineligible to receive the credits.

Customers must actively use the PluginHive shipping applica1on to generate shipping labels during the free trial period.

The free trial includes access to all premium features with unlimited usage for the entire 3-month duration.

4. Business Size-Based Pricing After the Trial

• Post-trial, pricing will depend on the customer’s shipping volume.
• Higher shipping volumes will unlock more competitive pricing tiers.
• Full pricing details will be shared during onboarding.

5. No Hidden Charges
There are no hidden charges and no per-label fees during the free trial period.

• Complete setup via an onboarding call
• 24×7 support via Zoom, Phone, and Email (*partial support on weekends)
